About the Event
In this Intensive Workshop we will learn how to manipulate a manton (Spanish shawl) with all its beauty and tricks. In order to be a part of the workshop you must have a dance grade manton that is big enough and heavy enough to do the exercises that we will work on in class. If you do not know where to buy such a manton, I can help. We are currently working on a group order from Spain! Classes will take place twice a week in September, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 pm at ArtsKC . As the floor is cement we will be wearing tennis shoes and not flamenco shoes..
