Saturdays 1:00-2:00 CST All Levels Silencio- This class is for All Levels who want to keep moving this summer with the slow and sultry silencio. Emphasis will be on listening to our bodies and improving movement quality and listening to different music each week and making adjustments to our movements to fit the music. This special class is only offered for 4 weeks in July!
