About the Event
The wind carries sounds from far away – a poet’s words, a guitar strum, a percussive beat, or a joyous song. Siento y Vivo brings us the sounds of Spain with a debut by Melinda Hedgecorth dancing on specialized stages built with an Inspiration Grant from ArtsKC and "Tal Como Eres" choreographed by Julia Hinojosa and commissioned by the Carlsen Center at JCCC.

Beau Bledsoe- flamenco guitar, Coleen Dieker- violin, Michael McClintock- tres, guitar and palmas, John Currey- percussion, Antonio Rojas- voice and specialized sound, Melinda Hedgecorth- flamenco dance.
